Dale O'Connor joined Manitou in 2022 and serves as Chief Financial Officer, Controller, and Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to joining Manitou, Dale spent over 14 years working for several investment management firms in a similar capacity, and before entering the investment management industry spent nearly a decade working in the audit and corporate finance groups for several international accounting firms. Dale is a graduate of Concordia University where he earned a BCom degree and subsequently completed an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University. Dale holds the CPA, CA designation and is a CFA charterholder.
