Andrew Cockwell serves as an Independent Director of Manitou. Andrew is the Managing Partner of Ursataur Capital Management, a private equity firm he founded in 2009. Prior to founding Ursataur, Andrew was a Founding Partner of ReichmannHauer Capital Partners Inc. and an Attorney at Sullivan & Cromwell. Andrew is a graduate of Queen's University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honours), and subsequently earned an LL.B. with Great Distinction from the Faculty of Law at McGill University. Andrew is active in his community, having served as Chairman of Valens and Chairman of the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia, and currently sits on the boards of Appleby College and Camp Kandalore.
